Living Faith Home Health Care (LFHHC) is hiring for Pediatric Nurses in the Cleveland area!
LFHHC is a family-owned small business that has been in business since 2017. Our focus is providing private duty nursing care to children with complex medical needs. Pediatric nurses also provide family education and support.
Description:
· Pediatric clients
· All shifts available
· Flexible hours
Required Experience:
· Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License that is active and in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
Pediatric experience is not required – WE WILL TRAIN!
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
· Educating the family on proper care for the child and management of chronic conditions
· Nutritional status assessment
· Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
· Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
· Assessing and monitoring the child’s vital signs and overall health status
· Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
· Keeping accurate and detailed medical records
