LiveU is seeking a seasoned operations professional to manage mobile operations in support of our global data offering. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact with external mobile vendors supporting LiveU’s mobile system infrastructure as well as the mobile operators that provide the data services. Additional responsibility will be to liaise with internal functions to manage the systems and infrastructure used to sell, monitor, and analyze LiveU data plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mobile operations projects related to onboarding new vendors, transitioning internal systems, migration of field customer inventory
• Build partnerships with suppliers to encourage innovation
• Create structured agreements that optimize value and manage enterprise risk
• Drive cost efficiency through negotiation with suppliers
• Engage with business functional teams to align on supplier strategy
• Design and deliver category reporting that aligns with Procurement’s goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• 5 years of related experience in operations management, project management, or strategic procurement
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Advanced data analytics and Reporting experience is preferred
• Must possess excellent process management mind-set
• Ability to influence partners through presentations and communications.
• Previous experience in Telecom with understanding of Mobile Network Operators and MVNOs preferred
