LiveU is Hiring a Procurement Specialist Near Hackensack, NJ
The procurement Specialist will provide business support to the office of the strategic procurement through assigned functions and assisting with tasks related to telecommunication, carrier processing of monthly billing and reconciliation of issues for services provided to LiveU by multiple vendors globally. Additional assignments in the telecom procurement area will be also tasked.
What You'll Do
- Support vendor onboarding process
- Assist in dispute resolution, reconciliations, and vendor inquiries following monthly invoice analysis adhering to the set-up schedule.
- Communicate with telecom suppliers and internal departments on billing discrepancies.
- Present escalation issues, status reports and findings to manager.
- Maintain monthly payment file communicating with accounts payable. Handle inquiries regarding vendor payment histories and open items.
- Assist in preparing monthly presentations which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting (BVA).
- Assist in preparing supplier quarterly business reviews (QBR).
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, seeking a bachelor’s, master's, or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s, master's, (no more than 1 year), preferably in finance or business administration.
- Good academic standing as established by your college or university.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to follow up.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources, with numbers and formulas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eager to continuously learn, strong work ethic.
- Experienced in excel is a must.
- Good Knowledge of Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
