Location: New Jersey/New York. Some Global travel required. Hybrid working schedule

The Role

The Global Head of Demand Generation will plan, build and execute inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline, supporting the delivery of sufficient opportunity volume and value to achieve the company’s annual operating plan (AOP). Working as part of the Global Marketing Leadership Team, you will agree marketing plan and be accountable for delivering the demand generation objectives across our direct, indirect and self-service channels on a global and regional basis.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy & stakeholder management; Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership Team to execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with sales objectives. Additionally, you will partner with 3 regional Sales VPs to translate the Global Demand Generation strategy into actionable plans, supporting the achievement of regional objectives in the AOP. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth, revenue attainment, and fostering strong collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns and Messaging; construct and execute diverse marketing programs. You'll craft compelling messages tailored to our target customers across direct and indirect channels, driving engagement and strengthening brand presence.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO); own objectives across the marketing funnel – track and optimise performance at each stage in the funnel and create a predictable demand generation engine with Opportunity creation as the North Star.
  • Analysis; analyse marketing programme outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision making.
  • Lead Management; understand lead scoring and enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including Account Engagement, Opportunities, MQLs and SQLs and have knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot), CRM systems (SFDC), email marketing tools, Partner Relationship platforms and eCommerce tools.
  • Budget; be responsible for the Global, vertical and regional Demand Generation budgets and report on ROI.


Requirements

  • Experience in a demand generation leadership role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or Media and Entertainment Technology space.
  • Experience of marketing recurring revenue/software based products.
  • Excellent understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems including Pardot, Salesforce, digital analytics and programmatic marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrable success delivering earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) demand generation programmes.
  • Direct experience of working with direct sellers, SDRs and channel partners I support of opportunity and revenue generation.
  • Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
  • Highly quantitative with a very strong understanding of data.
  • A passion for technology alloyed with a love of good storytelling
  • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent decision-making skills in regards to allocating marketing spend.
  • Priority driven, self-motivated and results driven.
