```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, provide individualized instruction, and promote the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child.
```Duties```
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster a love of learning through hands-on activities and interactive teaching methods
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and resources
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for students with special needs
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, or other specialized areas is a plus
