As a security sales advisor with LiveEasy, you will be responsible for helping our clients with a stress-free moving experience. At LiveEasy, we have created a simplified process for homeowners to complete all moving and home management tasks in one place. These tasks include finding the right moving companies, helping them with home and auto insurance quotes, and setting up their utilities and digital services like internet, cable, TV, and home security. Also assisting homeowners with locating local home professionals. Your role will be assisting clients to find the best security system to protect their family and home. We are one of the biggest and rapidly growing concierge services in the real estate industry and work with some of the biggest brokerages in this space. ABOUT THE ROLE

• Unbiased Sales Advisor: We have partnered with all the providers for the different categories we sell including internet, cable TV, home security providers, moving, energy, and insurance. As such you don't have to resort to pushy sales tactics. We give you the ability to be an unbiased advisor. Simply provide clients with the best options and book the sale.
• Selling Opportunities: You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and install teams in the business. As a security sales professional, you have the opportunity to help and educate homeowners on security systems that make sure that their family is kept safe. Or even better, grow your sales commissions by helping each client!
• No Cold Calling: The ultimate goal is to ensure that at the end of each call, our prospects turn into customers and feel confident that the Home Security system they choose is the best option to protect their homes, family, and lives.
• Technology & Training: We are a tech company so the technology you get to enable your sales is unrivaled. Our systems help you sell security systems by taking clients on a virtual tour of their homes and deciding what exactly is needed to properly secure their residences.
• Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly base plus commissions. Our compensation ranges between $50,000 to $100,000 in the first year. However, the top agents can earn more than $70,000 in the very first year. Commissions are tier-based and there is no cap on commissions. You also get paid training, PTO, and health insurance. You also get other sales perks including bonuses, gift cards, and merchandise based on weekly and monthly performance.
• Candidate will need to possess 1 – 2 years of security sales and/or installation experience.
