- Assist the Director of Finance in the annual financial audit by gathering specified items requested by auditors.
- Process all credit card entries and staff reimbursement requests using expense software. Ensure accuracy by syncing with Sage Intacct. Provide assistance to staff with software usage.
- Support accounts payable functions including bill processing, payment tracking, and vendor account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records in the general ledger system, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure policy compliance.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as required.
- Associate's Degree in Accounting and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
