Why We Need Your Talents :

The Box Office Attendant is responsible for ticketing operations at our box office for all events and performances. Exceptional customer service and computer literacy skills will assist in promoting Live! Casino & Hotel brand.

Compensation : $15.00 / hr

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact :

• Administering systems and ticketing policies.
• Opening, closing, and managing Will Call.
• Regularly updating seating charts for events.
• Maintaining accuracy, honesty, and accountability in all accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Monitoring factors that affect the comfort of showroom patrons (temperature, keeping trafficked areas clear, etc.).
• Encouraging and maintaining good public relations for the showroom.
• Providing relevant feedback to the Box Office Manager.
• Maintaining inventory of Box Office supplies.
• Consulting with other departments as it relates to the quality of client and guest experience.
• helping to resolve customer grievances.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hazard-free work environment.

• Experience with AXS and Eventbrite ticketing systems preferred

Qualifications

Must-Haves :

• Education : A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience : One (1) to three years (3) of experience in a high-volume company in the casino, entertainment / hospitality industry preferred.
• Experience with ticketing operations preferred, but not required.
• License : Non-Gaming. Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position and an Alcohol Beverage Control card.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to work in an environment where smoking is allowed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs several times a day.
