Sassy Blowtique Assistant Manager Duties

This role is to oversee the Blowtique salon operations, The assistant manager role is to ensure that the business is performing at or above standards at all times. A assistant managers role is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to each and every customer, following up on all concerns promptly, and being a leader to the salon team that ensures all employees are following their roles and tasks. Other duties are to lead by example, help train staff, promote specials, identify areas for improvement, and to keep your eye on team and productivity. To be successful in this role you must be be a good multitasker and perform well under pressure.

● Assists in managing the daily operations in the salon

● Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

● ensure the cleanliness of the salon at all times

● Recognize high performers and celebrate accomplishments

● Ensures guest standards are maintained by all staff members

desk associates before they are on the schedule independently.

● Help with training new front desk associates

● Create front desk schedules, approve with upper management before publishing

● Deescalate client issues for team

● Ensure all front desk and stylists are hitting goal targets

● Make sure that all suspended members are called and reached out to

● In charge of time & attendance for entire staff including fixing time clocks

● Oversee salon inventory levels

● Responsible for filling in for shifts when no coverage is available.

● Responsible for maintaining a clean environment in the salon

● Ensure front desk is completing all duties

● Responsible for making a chart for all new clients in the month and on the last day of the

month contacting new clients to ask how their first time service was with us, and if they

would like to rebook if not already rebooked

● In charge of maintaining and calling all suspended memberships

● In charge of keeping front desk motivated and memberships are being brought up 100% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
