LITTO is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative Near Industry, CA

LITTO is a cannabis company tailored for individuals who enjoy cannabis in their daily lives. Currently specializing in vapeables, we are actively expanding our product offerings to include edibles and prerolls in the near future.

We are currently seeking individuals who are hungry for success and possess a self-motivated attitude. Our commission structure is UNCAPPED and highly competitive. If you can see this as an unlimited potential for you, we want to

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, dispensary visits, email, social media or tradeshows.
  • Actively engage in cold calling and setting specific call goals to create opportunities.
  • Visit dispensaries in person, across assigned California territories.
  • Travel to cannabis trade shows to network and create sales opportunities.
  • Educate buyers and dispensary staff about our products.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities through Hubspot.
  • Relationship building and maintaining through events and visits.
  • Support dispensary retail sales with merch, PADs and marketing opportunities.
  • Update retail partners with newly added products.
  • Utilizing sales skills and local market research, explain the benefits of carrying LITTO products to retailers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Proficient with Hubspot or any CRM systems.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and cannabis industry experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to negotiate, overcome objections and listen actively.
  • Have a passion for cannabis and the industry.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Possess a valid California drivers license.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support and paid travel.
