03/28/2022 Responsibilities include supervision and evaluation of staff, discipline of students, program management and leadership, participation in RTI process, supervision and event coverage.
Primary role is staff and student services. Successful candidate will possess a thorough background in instruction, instructional leadership, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
strong conflict management and de-escalation skills, collaborative decision making, large and small group facilitation skills, and relationship building skills with students, staff, and parent community.
Candidate should have solid computer and technology skills, knowledge of PLC's, a belief that all students can achieve at high levels, ongoing professional development, and the commitment to work collaboratively with team members.
Education/Licensure:
1. Masters degree required.
2. Hold or be qualified to hold a Colorado principal or administrative license.
Experience:
1. Minimum of five years experience in teaching and/or school administration.
2. Dean or Assistant Principal experience preferred but not required
Other:
1. Commitment to the education of pupils as a primary responsibility of the District.
2. Thorough knowledge of elementary or secondary program and methodology.
3. Effective communication skills with individuals and groups.
4. Clinical supervision knowledge and experience.
5. Ability to work closely and effectively staff members, classified personnel, and community members.
Salary starting at $78,000 yearly
This is a 214 day contract
