**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, childcare, tutoring, and classroom management, but experience is not required as we will provide on the job training. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and providing a nurturing learning environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational requirements

- Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere

- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their learning needs

- Manage student behavior and promote positive interactions

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to support student development

- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of child welfare and behavior management techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs

- Follow state regulations
