CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Maintains and increases customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery.

About the job :

• Performs order handling process including receipt of order, adjustments and cancelations. (50%)
• Builds strong customer relationships by proactively informing customers (internal / external) on concerns. (30%)
• Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to the customer. (20%)
• Other duties as assigned.

About you :

• Education : Bachelor or university degree
• Experience : p to one year of experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
