Littelfuse growing Sales Analytics team is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the sales reporting and analytic needs of the organization. In this role you will not only be responsible for generating and analyzing sales related data, but also creating and developing the queries, reports, dashboards, and visualizations in support of this activity. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional specifications, designing/developing Power BI reports, ETL activities, and training end users as required. This role reports to remote manager from the USA. It may also be a fully remote role with rare visits to Kaunas office for occasional meetings with local team. About the job: Develop, maintain and deploy all aspects of Power BI report Understand and interpret business needs/requirements and translate these into the appropriate functional specifications and Power BI dashboards/visualizations Act as a project lead for each dashboard: work with business owners to document needs / outline requirements, identify data elements and source systems, working closely with IT on data sets, design prototypes/develop necessary dashboard/visualization, and perform initial data validation Prepare and generate ad hoc sales reports from a BW / Microsoft Power BI environment in an effort to support the sales reporting and analytic needs of the organization Train team members on Microsoft Power BI About you: Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, business management, economics or related 1-2 year of experience in developing dashboards/visualizations (preferred in a Microsoft Power BI environment) Experience working in a cross-functional environment and ability to manage your own projects autonomously Analytical and detail-oriented person with high standards of accuracy Ability to communicate with a variety of functions and users Self-starter and motivated to always learn and apply new concepts Team-player with ability to work independently Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
