GoodVets is Hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst Near Chicago, IL
GoodVets is a leading veterinary management organization looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst. Our hospitals are a premier destination for high-quality, full-service healthcare for pets and we are growing rapidly in multiple national markets. We have over 20 locations today and will have over 30 locations by the end of 2023.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Business Intelligence Analyst will run autonomous data projects and will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our technology integrations. This individual will be a critical part of our Strategy team, taking over from our outsourced consultants, and will have a key role in driving the direction and execution of our data strategy.
The Impact You Will Have Every Day:
- Designing, constructing, installing, testing, and maintaining data management systems
- Managing and optimizing business intelligence platforms and developing reporting infrastructure for our organization
- Developing over the top solutions that work with our veterinary practice management tool
- Collaborating with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions
- Creating robust, automated data processes and reports for stakeholders
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
- 3 years of experience as a consultant or Data business analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms and their integrations.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of API integrations and differing technology requirements
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an analytical mind.
