Responsibilities
Prospect daily for customers
Great understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc.
Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and leases
Achieve excellent guest satisfaction reviews and recommendations
Train daily
Availability to work Saturday’s is required
To delight your guests at every touchpoint
Work hard, train hard, and Have Fun!
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
You must be honest

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($62,400.00 to $121, 200.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex : Individual Sales and / or Individual Gross Profit , Department Net ) and / or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex : Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability ).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
