As a member of our Retirement sales team, you will make a difference and leave a lasting impact on the industry. We are currently seeking to add a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to our growing team. 

What you will do:

• Promote Brokerage and cross sell products to existing and perspective agents and advisors 
• Network with potential agents and advisors to build and strengthen relationships 
• Educate agents and advisors on each type of plan and make recommendations based on their clients’ needs

What you will have:

• 2 years of prior Retirement sales experience
• Prior experience in meeting sales goals
• Phone-sales experience along with a sales-minded aptitude. 
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Compensation:

The base annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000, plus a competitive incentive compensation. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
