BEAUTY SALES CONSULTANT @ CVS PHARMACY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling beauty products, and assisting customers with their beauty needs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and who enjoy helping others look and feel their best.

Duties:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products
- Demonstrate and apply makeup techniques to enhance customers' features
- Assist customers in selecting skincare, haircare, and beauty products based on their individual preferences and concerns
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty counter, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of retail math and sales goal orientated
- Proficient in makeup application techniques for various skin tones and types
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively sell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with social media management for promoting beauty products is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English - Multilingual a plus.
- Organizational skills to ensure proper stock management

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
