The Liquid Web Family of Brands has built its reputation on our ability to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our employees. We currently have an opportunity to join our team as the Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. 
The Sr. Director will work with people at all levels of the organization (investors, banks, senior management, functional leadership and staff) to develop, report, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. As the company grows in size, the Director will be responsible for the hiring and management of other finance professionals in the FP&A function.

This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position working partially remote and partially from our office in Atlanta, GA. 

Responsibilities:

• Project management responsibilities and the ability to provide management, coaching and direction to direct report and matrix personnel
• Develop and analyze consolidated reporting at all levels of the organization on actuals, forecasts and prior fiscal year
• Manage, in partnership with the company’s cost /profit center owners, the corporate G & A (general & administrative) expenses, including headcount, operating expense budgeting, forecasting and spending targets
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly operating statistics
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of variances to ensure data accuracy
• Develop financial modeling, financial statement analysis, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Develop, support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the company’s annual operating budget
• Detailed support and analysis of the company’s revenue forecast and departmental budgets
• Detailed support and analysis of balance sheet forecasts and the associated cash flow forecasts
• Development of presentations to help summarize budget results in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format
• Assist in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
• Analyze actual operating results and identifies key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantify actual results versus forecast
• Assist in annual audit planning and reporting

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

• Master degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or similar relevant certification
• 20 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced data-driven-decision based environment
• Previous business acquisition experience, including due diligence, integration and reporting
• Previous direct experience developing organic and inorganic analysis, and forecasts.
• Previous hands-on experience in an Accounting and Financial reporting role, including the development of financial planning approaches from the ground up and the management of of staff
• Advanced Excel user skills a must
• Prior Audit and/or Tax experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior automated ERP solutions implementation and development experience. Additionally, business intelligence, business warehouse, and/or planning tool software experience including SQL queries highly desirable
