The Liquid Web Family of Brands is looking for a talented and experienced Project Strategist to join our Modern Tribe team. As a Product Strategist, you would be one of the primary client-facing representatives of our team.

 Job Duties:

• Guide the discovery and research of multiple projects
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Perform user and organizational research
• Execute data collection and analysis to help power decisions
• Understand the key statistics associated with products including revenue, profitability, usage, and customer satisfaction and drive utilization to make product lifecycle decisions
• Collaborate to develop and manage KPIs based on measurable data
• Speak directly with stakeholders and users about their needs and pain points
• Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders to execute product launch, feature launch, or other customer-impacting initiatives
• Inform creative briefs and technical scope by providing goals, requirements, constraints and artifacts
• Collaborate across the organization to define prioritized product requirements 
• Identify, document and translate requirements into executable plans that adhere to both timeline and budget.
• Facilitate team sprint planning by walking them through ideas and requirements
• Act as a leader within the project
• Maintain product guidelines and related resources
• Support product launches and customer onboarding

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a Product Manager or similar CX, UX or Product Role
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Proven experience in a job in a Digital Agency or Product business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative or technical background with experience and understanding of executing a digital product 
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience with Agile software development ideally as a product owner
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Self starter with high degree of initiative, and strong organizational skills
