About the role:
As the Associate Manager of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency of our sales team. Your key responsibility is to ensure the Field Sales team succeeds with their customers by providing the best-in-class sales operational support. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure alignment between the sales, marketing, operations, and project management departments to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires a customer-first mentality, exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and proactiveness to drive success in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Cross-Functional Liaison (Sales to Marketing, Innovation, Operations, etc.):
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of key Marketing Assets (Evergreen content, Innovation, Product Images, Lifestyle, Ads, sell sheets, customer decks, copy, scannable UPCs, flat art).
  • Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Team on projects supporting Field Sales (i.e., assist with Display-related matters).
  • Be the point of contact with the Operations team for all Field Sales matters (first-ship dates, PO timing, etc.) .
  • Work with the Project Management team in commercializing innovation (i.e., lead completion of charters, lead development of launch materials).
  • Marketing asset strategy/creation (decks, lit cards, video, sell sheets)
Sales Operations support:
  • Ensure healthy in-stock levels with our Distributors by reviewing Inventory Reports.
  • Maintain our Retailer portals to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain library of key internal resources such as Certifications, Ingredient Lists, product images, packaging flats, and other key Marketing materials.
  • Be the voice of the sales team for retailer requirements during New Item Reviews.
Sales Samples:
  • Assist with the end-to-end process of ordering sales samples for the team.
  • Partner with the Demand team to forecast sample quantities and maintain in-stock levels at warehouses.
  • Forecast demand for innovation samples.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
  • 3 years of working experience in a sales support role.
  • Previous experience in a sales communication and/or sales support role (preferable for a consumer product goods company).
  • Understanding of the basic terms and practices of CPG sales.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong collaboration and personal interaction skills.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sales and/or analytical experience managing multiple priorities required.

Work Environment:
  • This role is a hybrid role. Liquid I.V. strives to support and create a flexible working environment. This role will require some time in the office.
The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
