Head of Sales

About the Job :

We are looking for atopperforming salesperson with a proven track record in the CPGindustry and a passion for taking your career to the next level.

With a growing demand for our products we need to expand into newmarkets and are focused on building out the food drug andmassmarket (FDM) retail channel.

We are looking for a salessuperstar to help us take our company to the next level. As theHead of Sales you will be a key player in the organizations growthworking closely with the CEO.

Notable customers include Lowes Home Improvement United Airlines Wawa Dicks SportingGood Stores Scheels NEXCOM and more.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive sales strategy for the FDM channel to drive revenuegrowth and market share.
  • Manage relationshipswith key customers and partners to ensure longterm success andgrowth.
  • Analyze market trends customer needsand competitive activity in the FDM channel to identifyopportunities for growth.
  • Work closely withthe marketing team to develop and execute gotomarket strategies andpromotions.
  • Collaborate with the operationsand logistics team to ensure seamless execution and delivery ofproducts to customers.
  • Maintain a deepunderstanding of industry trends competition and customer needs
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive salesstrategy for the FDM channel to drive revenue growth and marketshare.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets anddeliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Accurate andtimely forecasts for case volume

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven track record of success in FDM saleswith at least 5 years of experience
  • Strongunderstanding of the food and beverage industry with a focus onjerky products or energy drinks in the FDM channel.
  • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionfor supporting and empowering veterans
  • Provenability to build and manage relationships with key FDM customerspartners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyzeFDM market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and theability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
