About the Internal Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Multi-physician practice
• 2 office locations but PA will not travel to both locations
• Office hours are7:30-3:30, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8-12 (rotated with all Providers), Wednesday is free day
• No rounds at hospital or SNFs
• No call
• Work alongside Physician (no solo Provider time)
• 25-30 patients each day (nix of quick follow ups and post hospital appointments).
• See patients for acute visits- URI, Headache, Pneumonia and annual Wellness exams
• Follow and treat patients with chronic illness- Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, CAD, Hypertension, Diabetes
• EKG and Phlebotomy in office

Requirements of the Internal Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Master’s Degree completion
• National Certification
• New Jersey State Medical License
• Strong outpatient clinical rotations and elective time in outpatient setting
• EKG reading
• Interest in following complex chronic medical disease and guiding patients through best treatment
• Comfort in a fast paced environment as patient schedule is full
• Continued interest in reading and studying Medicine

• Base Salary for new graduate is $110,000 and experience will increase base accordingly
• Profit Sharing at 6 % after year one
