Linkitall (DBA LIA) is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Development Manager to grow and lead LIA's business development department. The Senior Business Development Manager will be the forefront of business capture efforts, serve as the liaison between the BD Department and executive members, achieve revenue and long-term goals that align with the company's objective. The SR. Growth Manager must be able to delegate, coordinate, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the BD Department. The Senior Business Deveolpment Manager must be hands-on to while wearing multiple hats within the department, as well as implementing new processes and procedures to grow the department. build new departments within the organization. Ultimately, the Senior Business Development Manager must be able to participate, monitor, and manage with being proactive and efficient.
