Linke Resources is Hiring an IBHS Clinical Supervisor Near Upper Darby, PA

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Supervisor to lead a dynamic Intensive Behavior Support Services (IBHS) Program for a non-profit organization located in Philadelphia and Delaware County. Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute to client recovery, supervise a team, and ensure program excellence. Position Summary:

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IBHS program located in Philadelphia and Delaware County. You will lead a team, ensure adherence to best practice standards, and actively contribute to program development. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to promoting client recovery.
Salary: $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a designated clinical and/or treatment program.
  • Supervise program staff and ensure service delivery meets best practice standards.
  • Implement program goals, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular program staff meetings and maintain open communication.
  • Provide training and orientation to new program staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards, contractual requirements, and agency policies.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and contribute to the development of annual program plans.
  • Collect and assess outcome data to ensure program efficacy.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, community representatives, and agencies.
  • Monitor program budget, control costs, and submit accurate payroll and billing documentation.
  • Provide direct supervision to program staff, offering support and guidance.
  • Maintain awareness of field growth potential and contribute to program expansion.
  • Participate in agency committees and contribute to service development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
  • Preferred: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
