Linke Resources is Hiring a Family Based Clinical Supervisor Near Upper Darby, PA

Linke Resources is recruiting for a Family Based Clinical Supervisor located in Upper Darby, PA.
Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical oversight of the Family-Based Program and provide direct services.
Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible hours

Responsibilities:
  • Provide all authorized client services and provide supporting documentation for re-authorizations, as necessary, in a timely manner.
  • Supervise direct service staff and provide relevant direct services.
  • Provide direct, clinical supervision to designated program staff, individually and group-based, on a regular basis (as defined by the program Coordinator or agency policies and procedures).
  • Provide crisis assessment and support for direct service staff, as necessary, during designated working hours.
  • Make prompt referrals to appropriate levels of care when the program is unable to appropriately handle client needs.
  • Possess and apply knowledge of recovery principles and cultural competency principles.
  • Implement effective treatment plans and interventions consistent with client goals, needs and strengths.
  • Ensure all program services are compliant with recovery principles and are culturally competent.
  • Possess and apply knowledge of both general and specialized community resources/services available to behavioral health clients.
  • Maintain a collaborative, working relationship with all program staff to fully support the needs of the program or service line.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Provide timely, comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Improves and ensures quality services.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, psychology, clinical social work or human services)
  • Two years’ post-degree experience in behavioral health field, or one year of supervisory experience, or equivalent relevant training.
  • Licensed or certification preferred, but not required.
