The Lead will oversee our team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure working closely with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement. The Manager will provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with technical support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.Responsibilities:Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.
