The Lead will oversee our team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure working closely with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement. The Manager will provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with technical support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.Responsibilities:Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. QualificationsUS citizenBA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a T3 secret clearance.Ten (10 ) years of combined technical and project management experience in the IT field.Four (4 ) years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience in an IT help desk-centric environment. Eight (8 ) years of progressive experience in information technology that includes a wide range of areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Networks (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.Preferred: Active T3 security clearanceKnowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operationsExperience leading programs of 30 technical staffPMP (Project Management Professional) CertificationAbility to demonstrate strong attention to detailAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.Security Clearance:US Citizenship is required.Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.DOD Security Clearance is required (Secret-Level minimum). A DOD Interim Security Clearance (Secret-Level minimum) is accepted until full DOD Security Clearance has been granted.Additional InformationThis opportunity is contingent upon successful award and contract negotiation which is currently in process.Link Solutions Inc. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to include paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, company-paid long and short-term disability, life insurance, referral bonuses, relocation incentive program, certification reimbursement program, retirement, and more.Link Solutions, Inc. is an EOE.
