Links Solutions is seeking a .NET Developer to join our teamin Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

The .NET Developer will be an integral part of a development team supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the U.S. Army DEVCOM Armaments Center. 

We seek a .NET Developer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Beyond coding, the ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience leading software teams through the agile software development lifecycle including leading and directing architecture, design, development, and deployment decisions.
• Perform initial unit and integration testing to validate solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and support web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, IIS, Azure, and MS SQL Server database.
• Work with development teams and product managers to provide software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side applications.
• Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with other developers and analysts to improve software.
• The candidate will provide strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• Must be able to work onsite at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 4 days a week.
• 1 day of telework permitted.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active Public Trust (T1) security clearance or higher (we will sponsor the right candidate).
• IAT Level-I Certification (SSCP, Systems Security Certified Practitioner equivalent or higher).
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or ten (10 ) years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with ASP.NET n-tier web application architecture, development, design, and deployment in Azure.
• Technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.
• Experience with AngularJS or Blazor.

Preferred:

• Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework experience
• Experience coding with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server to include schema/table design, and SQL/stored procedure development.
• Experience with DevSecOps and automated tests and deployments.
• Experience securing software and software systems, preferably following RMF.
• Agile development experience including successfully leading agile teams.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
