Functional/User Acceptance Testing: Develop test cases and expected results based on requirements, Execute test cases, and document actual test results, including defects and potential weaknesses
Learning and Development/Digital Upskilling: Organize existing training materials and assist in updating, Create training content based on system use and discussions with subject matter experts
Data Analytics and Reporting: Document existing reports, Improve existing reports based on requirements, and Create new reports based on business needs from existing data sources
Business Process Definition: Leverage subject matter experts to map business processes, Utilize mapped business processes for improvements
General Activities: Conduct meetings and presentations to gather information, facilitate alignment, document and communicate decisions, Work closely with business teams, HSY technical staff, and stakeholders, Provide accurate and timely status updates, Escalate appropriately any concerns related to deliverable quality or timeline

Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree required, 0-2 years of related work experience, preferably in CPG, relative to data system function and data management
