Description of DutiesThe selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Description of DutiesThe selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Data Profiling thru discovery and documentation
- Facilitate and lead data workshops to gather, build, and document data objects and build their profiles.
- Map data objects to true source systems to define system of record.
- Create detailed data flows for data being consumed in Business Processes and reports.
- Create and maintain a single source of truth for all data objects, data profiles, data flows, and systems of record for each object.
- Data Cleansing
- Establish a step-by-step data cleansing lifecycle.
- Perform Data investigations to determine root cause of data quality issues as well as answer questions about data and/or data trends.
- Perform data cleansing activities, such as:
- Removing duplicates and inconsistencies from database
- Standardizing data formats and correcting errors
- Enhancing data quality and accuracy
- Conducting data mining and analysis
- Streamlining data entry and migration processes
- Optimizing data modeling and database management
- Enriching data with additional information to improve marketing efforts.
- Project Management and Leadership
- Build a detailed project plan.
- Partner with Business, IT, and Project teams.
- Facilitate and lead data workshops.
- Identify data cleansing opportunities.
- Establish data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Define success criteria for data deliverables, ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data.
- Manage and drive work to a plan.
- Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 data models and structure especially in HR, Finance, Asset Management, etc.
- Strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of professional and analytical skills in customer interactions.
- Proven track record of working as part of a cross functional team.
- Very strong familiarity with data discovery techniques and tools.
- Very strong familiarity with data profiling techniques and tools.
- Very strong familiarity with metadata issues and processes.
- Experience in system data mapping and tracing.
- Leading teams.
- SAP ECC and S4 data models and structure especially in HR, Finance, Asset Management, etc.
- Pulling data from SAP for analysis.
- Partnering with Business, IT and Project Teams.
- Data-specific skills, such as:
- Discovery & profiling.
- Mapping and data flows.
- Governance tools (Informatica Axon/IDQ administration).
- Cataloging & lineage creation.
- Cataloging tools (Informatica EDC Administration)
