ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: “Essential functions” are primarily job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation made by the employer.

• Operate computer, copier, printer, scanner; may use dictation transcriber.
• Planning, set-up, and operation of all equipment necessary for office meetings and presentation of digital evidence.
• Works closely and respectfully with all firm staff and attorneys.
• Act as administrator for firm operating platform Litify. After training, work on updating work flows, creating templates and eventually training new users.
• Organize and prepare documents for responses to RFP; bates stamp; preserve originals.
• Assist with all aspects of deposition, arbitration mediation, witness and expert meetings, and trial preparation including exhibits and logistics; accompany doctors, witnesses, and experts to and from court; ensure all equipment and exhibits are delivered, set up and ready to use before trial begins.
• Operating courtroom presentation software as “hot seat” technician during litigation proceedings.
• Use of exhibit display software programs.
• Assist any personnel with large photocopy production and document organization.
• Prepare correspondence, draft documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
