Lindora, America’s leading clinical weight management and wellness provider is growing fast, creating fantastic opportunities for a General Manager within health and wellness for our Corona, CA location. This a base pay , plus monthly bonus opportunity.

About the Position:

This unique, hands-on General Manager position requires :

A Strong leadership/ Management / Sales Background. (Preferably in health &wellness, fitness, retail, med spa or health care ) .

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Meet/exceed monthly clinic sales and performance goals to include ownership of membership and clinic cash sales goals.
  • Utilize financial report to evaluate clinic financial projection to goal.
  • Domain expert on all Lindora programs, products, promotions, and wellness services.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care daily.
  • Role model through behavior and actions the company values to both colleagues and patients.
  • Complete a minimum of 100 assigned patient care calls daily via the Phone Contact module in line with the contact policy.
  • Review patient visits, and conduct case studies weekly to meet clinic weight loss percentage goals
  • Accurately manage clinic revenue, to include cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
  • Effectively manage all clinic inventory, to include both merchandise and medical supplies.
  • Ensure clinic merchandising displays and protein/product shelves follow branding standards.
  • Maintain awareness of needs and satisfaction of services provided to patients.
  • Examine and resolve complaints when received.
  • Review staffing requirements regularly and complete staff schedules in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve staff time-cards weekly, managing unnecessary overtime, and adherence to company attendance/payroll policies.
  • Assess employees work product and ensure compliance and consistency with company polices.
  • Provide direction and coaching to resolve behavioral / performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Complete the assigned Clinic Manager checklists on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Responsible for compliance with all company and government regulations including but not limited to HIPAA, OSHA, etc.
  • Engage in team building with staff to include the setting and achieving of professional goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven leadership experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in healthcare or business to business setting
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency and typing proficiecy is required
