DUTIES:
- General Manager's duty is to help all department managers complete their tasks in a manner that is efficient, consistent, and aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, coaching, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; .
- Must be able to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Active listening, Time management, Good communication and writing skills.
- 5 years of work experience in retail. Restaurant and Hospitality management skills are a plus.
- Must have a 4-year college degree.
