What you will enjoy doing*

• In this onsite role you will lead intake meetings, actively source, and screen candidates against established requirements
• You will schedule interviews and facilitate update and/or debrief meetings with hiring leaders
• You will source passive talent by using various recruitment tools including job boards, resume databases, career fairs, community partnerships and referrals
• You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and guide them through the recruitment process as needed
• You will maintain compliance with established applicant tracking and recruitment guidelines

What makes you great

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of recruitment experience required, 4 years preferred
• High volume manufacturing experience is preferred
• Microsoft office required including Excel
