What you will enjoy doing*
- You will implement production related requirements from health, safety and environmental standards
- Ensure production employees follow HS&E standards
- You will develop and execute plans to meet business and customer requirements
- Ensure production employees follow work instructions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Operations team
- Identify and grow talent within the Operations team
- You will communicate and mitigate risk to the business and customers
What makes you great
- You will have 5-10 years of Plant Operations experience required
- 3-5 years of Operations Management experience preferred
- Aviation/Aerospace industry knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field preferred
- You will have strong computer proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
