Lincoln Property Company is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Dallas, TX
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review invoices for 45 properties
- Review and prepare paperless journal entries submitted by hospital
- Paperless Tenant credit applies, payment reversals and review of tenant accounts as needed
- Monthly paperless financial preparation of 45
- Actively involved in all aspects of their assigned portfolio
- Annual paperless budget preparation
- Annual CAM reconciliations
- Participates in Consolidated Duties
- Assist with the monthly bank reconciliation as needed
- Prepare and post monthly rent ups as needed
- Reconcile Balance sheets
- Work closely with hospitals, Property Managers and staff
- Accepts other duties as assigned, takes on special projects, volunteers to help others when work is completed.
Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Detail and task oriented
- Understands and respects the importance of relationships with both internal and external customers
- Proficient PC skills required (Excel/Word)
- Bachelor degree
