Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to document condition and itemize needed repairs.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Diagnose, repair, and install appliances.
• Inspect and replace smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors as required.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time logged for accurate billing.
• Coordinate closely with coordinator to optimize resource efficiency.
• Maintain company vehicle, parts, and inventory.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Operates with a sense of urgency and can manage time effectively.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and other general repairs.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Proficiency in using technology such as iPads for daily tasks and record-keeping.
