Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to ensure efficient warehouse organization and operations.
- Assist in optimizing product placement to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels by replenishing stock as needed.
- Analyze inventory movement patterns to identify slow-moving items and propose solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new inventory team members.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure items are correctly labeled and stored.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in accurate inventory counting methods.
- Familiarity with basic computer software, including Excel and Google Docs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address inventory discrepancies.
- Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
