Shop Supervisor

Job Summary:

Shop Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of shop mechanics and employees involved in the maintenance and repair of diesel engines, trucks, and trailers including company-owned Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, and Mack trucks as well as Hyundai and Linde lift trucks.

Requirements:

· Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school

· 5 years fleet maintenance experience

· 3 years maintenance supervisory experience and/or training

· Equivalent combination of education and experience
