Position Overview:LightBox is looking for a full-time, B2B digital marketing specialist who will support marketing initiatives for corporate and solution segment teams. As a digital marketing specialist, you will lead our social media marketing to promote the company’s brand and capabilities. In this role, you will also assist in planning and managing online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lead generation, assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to help grow our business and brand.What you will do and achieve:Create and manage social media marketing campaigns for corporate and industry segments.Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Collaborate with Segment Marketing Teams to develop strategic digital marketing initiatives for the LightBox Segments.Lead SEM projects from campaign ideation through optimization including deliverables and managing timelineReview website and other digital campaign performance. Use this to optimize our digital advertising campaigns and come with data-driven recommendations and creative solutions.Management of digital ad sources: LinkedIn, software reviews, third party ads, search ads, Display Ads.Ensure that our activities are aligned with our broader digital marketing strategy, across social media, marketplaces, affiliates, and emails.Copywriting and ad creationWorking understanding of digital marketing channels as part of an integrated approach including SEO and email.Who you are:EducationBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field requiredExperienceUp to 3 years of marketing experience with social media marketing.Executing paid search campaigns (SaaS or B2B tech industry a plus)CRM (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation (Pardot preferred) experience a plusKey Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge of social media channels chiefly LinkedIn, X, Instagram and what kinds of posts do well on each platform.Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools (SproutSocial or other similar tool) and content management systems (WordPress a plus)SEM: Proficient in SEMRush and social media advertising toolsGoogle ads, Google analytics (GA4)Knowledge of AdRoll or other retargeting tool.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation techniques, previous use of Salesforce and Pardot a plus.Core CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with ability to multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood design sensibilitySense of urgency with adherence to deadlinesOther Desirable AttributesN/APhysical RequirementsLifting up to 25 lbs., Sitting for extended, continuous periods of time, Communicating via chat, email, telephone etc. This job description is a general listing of the required tasks and expectations of the position and in no way implies that the duties listed above are the employee’s only responsibilities.
