Job Overview:

The Outbound Cold Calling (OCC) is responsible for promoting Liftoff Agent’s real marketing agency and IDX website design services, establishing customer relationships, and providing qualified, motivated leads to the sales team. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, competition, and have a keen interest in the real estate industry. The primary market focus is within the residential and luxury real estate sectors.

We are looking for an energetic, polished individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building. The successful candidate will gain expertise in accurately capturing and qualifying leads, effectively managing a sales pipeline, and achieving quarterly revenue targets.

We’re looking for local candidates or who have a proven success record working remotely with highly collaborative teams.

This is a Contract-to-Permanent position. See below for target KPIs and the timeline for transition from contract to full-time employee.

Call Volume:

  • Minimum of 250 Calls Per Week (50 Dials Per Day)

  • Minimum of 5 Nurtures (Permission To Email) 

Set Demo Appointments: 

  • Minimum of 2 Set Appointments (Weeks#1-2) 

  • Minimum of 3 Set Appointments (Weeks#3-4)

  • Minimum of 5 Set Appointments (Weeks#5-8)

  • Minimum of 7 Set Appointments (Weeks#9-12)

Demo Set Closed Deals:

  • Month#1 - 1 Closed Deals

  • Month#2 - 2 Closed Deals 

  • Month#3 - 4 Closed Deals (1 Per Week) 

How Will I Be Evaluated As A Temporary Contractor?

  • Sales Productivity Tracker (Updated Daily) 

  • Sales Finisher Meeting (Weekly On Friday) 

  • 30 Day Review 

  • 60 Day Review

  • 90 Day Review 

When Do You Plan To Hire A Permanent Employee In This Role or Make The Shift From Contract To Full Time Hire?

  • If the contractor can graduate from the 90 day probationary period while hitting all their metrics (Call Volume, Appointment Set, Demos Closed) and keeping their call productivity tracker up to date at all times, while exhibiting an eagerness to grow and succeed in this department, they will be converted to a full time employee at the rate of $48,000 base salary commission (TBD). 

What Are The Expectations of a Permanent Employee vs. Contract Position?

  • The full time employee will be required to have full calendar transparency of their call sprints, appointments, and follow up activities. 

  • The full time employee will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. 

  • The full time employee will be required to attend one-on-one sales meetings, training sessions, and any requested meeting by management. 

  • The full time employee must meet their quota each week, month, and quarter to be considered for promotions and additional compensation. 

  • The full time employee must excel at learning the product and be able to take a prospect from cold to close within 120 days of starting at Liftoff Agent. 

  • The full time employee must keep up on latest trends and the utilization of technology in the sales division. 

  • The full time employee must take ownership of their sales scripts and the documentation of objections and questions that come up in the process. 

  • The full time employee must be open to constructive criticism, roleplay feedback, and problem solving projects. 

  • The full time employee must have a full working knowledge of Kixie, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Liftoff Agent sales materials, and any other tool or resource related to the sales process. 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years demonstrated experience in appointment setting, real estate sales, the prop-tech sector, enterprise software, and/or SaaS solution providers preferred.
  • Interest in pursuing a sales career within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent levels of customer activity to generate sales leads and meet achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related.
