Service Analyst:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Analyst to work out of our Carlisle branch. The Service Analyst responsible for analyzing branch level service department activities, creating a plan, and implementing steps to make departmental improvements in efficiency and profitability. This position will also track and manage the specialized parts lookup, assist in quoting repairs and projects, assist with technical training, and assisting technicians with technical and mechanical issues.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work in multiple in-house and third-party computer systems (Crown, Toyota, Service Channel, ERP system) to gather, process, and edit information, monitoring productivity and closing work orders.
• Audit labor reports to ensure accuracy (OT, customer billing, Work in Progress (WIP) etc.).
• Work with the Parts department to ensure supplies are available for additions to the fleet
• Create and maintain a training program for outside vendors to utilize.
• Track response times for service calls and emails.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and summarize for management team.
• Analyze compiled data and create actionable steps to increase departmental efficiency and profitability.
• Assist Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager as needed on miscellaneous tasks and projects.
• Perform other duties as required for business operation.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines in fast paced environment.
• Ability to compile, analyze, implement, and see a project through to completion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in equipment handling or automotive industry
• One (1) year report writing and presentation.
