LifeWorx is a premier elder care and domestic staffing agency seeking a Per Diem/ Part-time Home Health RN. The successful candidate will conduct initial comprehensive and start-of-care assessments for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments to evaluate the patient's health status, medical history, and current needs.
• Develop a care plan based on the assessment findings, patient's needs, and physician's orders.
• Monitor and document the patient's progress and response to treatment.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding their condition, medications, and treatments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide skilled nursing care as necessary, such as wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• 2 Years of nursing experience, a minimum of one year of experience in home health or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Job Types: Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
