LifeWorks of Sonoma County is seeking a full-time office manager for our non-profit mental health agency. The office manager will handle all front desk and administrative duties, provide clerical support to staff, complete audits and quality assurance measures and ensure the office is operating efficiently. He or she will assist with agency planning and events and additional administrative/customer service tasks as needed. Applicants with bilingual English/Spanish language skills is a must. Those with administrative experience working in behavioral healthcare are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher; or Associate’s with equivalent experience in the mental health and/or administrative field with at least 2 years of office management experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Familiar with medical billing and invoicing systems.
Extremely detail oriented and very organized
Can help with system improvement and communicate problems and solutions as part of an integrative team
Kind, friendly, creative, and understanding with outstanding customer service skills
Ability to motivate, organize and communicate well with staff at all levels
Knowledge of various computer programs
Experience in desktop publishing, newsletter editing, database management
Online schedule systems
Inventory management
Translating
Volunteer coordination
Marketing and advertising
Experience:
