We are looking for an extremely outgoing, personable team player that possesses a meaningful "why" to work in a healthcare environment and specifically chiropractic.
Job responsibilities include:
- Front desk & administrative duties
- Checking & communicating insurance benefits
- Problem solving insurance claim denials & processing claims
- Providing patient therapy to include electronic muscle stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical rolling therapy & spinal decompression
- X-Ray development
- Financial presentation of doctor's prescribed treatment plans based upon insurance benefits or cash discounts
- Marketing & event planning; social media & website maintenance
- Assisting the Doctors in delivering exemplary chiropractic, physical therapy & rehab services.
Knowledgeable in ChiroTouch software highly desirable. Stellar communication and time management a MUST! Heart, Attitude, Integrity, Desire & Work Ethic speak volumes!
BONUS POINTS for being organizational savvy w/ Google Suite and naturally creative w/ Canva & other design apps.
Full-Time: Estimating 30-36 hrs per week
