Lifestyles Rental Services is Hiring a Property Manager Near Jacksonville, FL

Lifestyles Rental Services specializes in rental property management of Single-Family Homes, Condominiums, Duplexes and Multiplexes in and around the Greater Jacksonville Metro Area & surrounding counties and suburbs. Our offices are currently located in West Jacksonville.

The work days are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm. The position and pay are based on a 40 hour work week.

We are seeking a candidate to fill our full-time Property Manager position. This Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management for their individual, dedicated portfolio and will work under a Senior Owner Relation's Manager to assist in the day to day tasks required for Property Management. This is a fast pace task oriented business. We are looking for someone extremely organized, can remain poised when dealing with stressful situations and can handle multiple tasks through the day. Resourcefulness and problem solving ability are the most important traits for the position.

The Property Manager will be in charge of their own success, so there is a heavy emphasis on strong leadership skills, resourcefulness, customer service skills, client interaction, and specific problem solving ability. This is the “people business” and we are dealing with people’s homes, so the Property Manager must have a balance of maturity, gentleness, toughness, and “thick skin.”

The Property Manager must be organized, focused, positive attitude, and dependable. Our goal in creating the Property Manager position is to allow our Director to have the freedom to concentrate on growing and improving the size and quality of our portfolio of properties, while giving them the peace of mind that the Property Manager is keeping all required tasks complete ahead of schedule and taking excellent care of our existing owners and tenants.

We are a team, and we all depend on each other to succeed. Experience and skill are both great, but character and personality are equally important qualities that we will be attempting to evaluate during the interview process.
