Lifespan Physician Group is Hiring a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist – Weekend, Inpatient Rounding – Brown Academic Appointment Near Providence, RI

Lifespan Physician Group (LPG): Bradley Hospital & Hasbro Children’s Hospital, affiliated hospitals of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University have an opening for a board certified or eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to round at Hasbro Children’s Hospital on the weekends. Opportunity for Brown University Clinical Faculty appointment if desired. About the Job:

Treat children and teens in CL and Psychiatric boarding
Some patients have co-existing medical and psychiatric disorders
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Opportunity to teach and provide supervision
See 10-30 patients depending on census
Work Saturday & Sunday, roughly 8:30-4:00
Flexibility for all or as few as two weekends each month
Position can be employed or per diem

About You:

Board certified or eligible (with in 5 years of residency) physician with fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island
Desire to work in a team-based care model
Bring a passion for helping children in complex medical situations
Good sense of humor and a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality
