Title: Regional Executive Director

Starting Pay Range: $120,000 to $150,000
Brief Job Description: The Regional Executive Director (R-ED) will be the corporate steward for a specific region of LifeSkills. This will include executing the strategic initiatives established by the corporate leadership team and the day-to-day responsibility and oversight for regional operations. The R-ED will work in conjunction with the corporate leadership team to manage the regional service system, creating a balance between responding to the needs of local residents and meeting the overall goals of LifeSkills. This would include financial management, human resources, information technology, and the service delivery system that encompasses behavioral health and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The R-ED is expected to participate at the local community and regional levels to promote, advocate and advance the organizational initiatives. The R-ED will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Requirements for this position include:
1. A Masters Degree in Business or a relevant clinical field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing. Relevant industry management experience can substitute for graduate degree.
2. At least five years of progressive management experience in a behavioral healthcare organization, including working with all aspects of clinical and non-clinical operations.
3. Direct experience working in a healthcare organization serving a population similar to the regions served by LifeSkills.
4. Experience working with a team of executives to create positive service and business outcomes.
