Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Success Agent (Remote-USA)

Our hours are Monday – Saturday from 6 am-6 pm MST. Employees are required to have flexibility to work on Saturdays. Schedules may vary to fit the needs of the business.
Job Location: Remote within the United States
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer 80-100 incoming phone calls, emails and chats per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems.
Assist customers in navigating LifeSeasons and NeuroQ websites while encouraging and reassuring them to become self-sufficient in using our tools
Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
Comfortable learning multiple supplement facts and upselling/cross-selling as opportunities present themselves in calls with members
Fluency in computer navigation while talking to customers
Able to research complex issues across multiple databases
Speaking Spanish (Bilingual applicants only) and English fluently and professionally

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience, with college coursework encouraged
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, Social Media, Internet navigation which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications quickly
Bilingual applicants must be fluent in both English & Spanish
Other applicants must be fluent in English
18 years of age or older

Interest in health, wellness, and supplements
Excellent customer service skills
Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
Prior experience in the supplement industry
2 years of college or applicable knowledge and experience
Soft Skills:
Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
Proficient conflict management skills such as mirroring, to resolve issues in a stressful situation
