Prerequisites:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Skilled in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and patient comfort management.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic healthcare systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, on-call hours, and holidays.
• 18 years of age or older
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Basic understanding of medical terminologies

Tasks:

• Accurate identification of patients and updating their records accordingly.
• Venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques for blood sample collection.
• Safe handling, labeling, storage, and transportation of all specimens.
• Collaboration with medical professionals to promote a seamless patient care experience.
• Application of infection control protocols and patient safety measures.
• Prompt and effective communication of test results to both patients and physicians.
• Adherence to regulations and protocols in case of rare and unique lab procedures.
